Description
painted this as a father's day gift to my dad! his favorite birds are hummingbirds
this is my first time digitally painting - let me know what you guys think!

The tail feathers are particularly well realized here. I like your attempt to produce texture here (as confoundingly difficult as that process is!) Really nice for a "first time".

Well done on your study here. I love how you decided to simply some aspects of the humming bird. My only suggestion is that you practice making more of these and continues experimentation. I believe this would bring new avenues to your current art style.
