Nice work! There's a lot going on in this picture beyond what you see immediatly. On a starting note, you've done a beautiful redesign on Souls headband. The one he normally wears with this outfit just looks kinda' gay. On top of that, you've managed to capture their kind of self-denial relationship perfectly. From the stance to the face and hand holding it conveys a very "We shouldn't be doing this, but we are. I'm not going to acknowledge this, but if she/he isn't pulling away, then neither am I." frame of mind. It's all very elegantly captured.
However, no art is without its flaws. Most of it revolves around the characters lower halves. The way Souls jeans come forward to meet his T-shirt almost give the impression of a belly or chubbiness and while Maka is usually stick thin in the anime and manga, she looks a little meaty thighed here.
Still, love the work and going straight to my favourites. Keep up the good work!

I just gotta say I like how you handled the wind. That's what got me to want to look at this in the first place. Usually, when people draw wind blown jackets, it's blowing the other way. You know?
And I like the hand holding and the girl's shoes. Those shoes are nice. The guy's... not so much! 
Moving up to the top, in a battle of the faces, the guy's face wins hands down. Girl's face looks really off, but the guy's whole head is a win.

Yesh, I drew the wind blowing to the right because if it was blowing to the left I would have to draw it awkwardly wrapping around Soul (the guy).
I like his box shoes, so stylish wouldn't you say?

It's just... her face... does look a little off. Maybe it's just that she's standing back to back with a person with an epic face. 
And those shoes are stylish! 
Now that I tried to visualize it, the wrapping of the jacket would have had to be awkwardly wrapping around Soul if the wind were blowing the other way... I wonder how cool that could have looked. Key word "could", because you already know how it would have looked here and it wasn't what you wanted, but now looking at this makes me want to draw something like this some day and see how much of a FAIL that would equal.

A lot of my drawing surprise me for good reasons too. It's just weird that they weren't what I wanted. Like I'll try to make an expression and it isn't right, but I like it anyway! That's kind of weird that "wrong" expressions still work. I guess they're just... off, and cool or silly looking also, so I use them.
