+ Gentle + Az generally has good intentions towards others and does his best to keep others feeling pampered and in a good mood. Though, because he thinks he treats everyone the same, sometimes he can get in trouble for it. He's often accused of 'sending the wrong signals'.

+ Conscientious + He's a hardworker and puts a lot of effort into improving his skills. He actually likes to work, and though it takes him some time to learn a new skillset, he'll work at it until it's polished.

+ Rational + A head-over-heart kind of person, he tends to approach everything as logically as he can and often mulls over choices in his head for awhile before coming to a decision. This often gives him the impression of coming off as cold.

- Sneaky - That ability attract isn't there for no reason. He has a sneaky side to him in order to boost the tips he gets and to keep both his work and personal life functioning a little more smoothly.

- Quiet - More of a listener than a speaker, Az will hardly ever argue his case unless he feels that he has been extremely wronged. More often than not, he'll let the argument go as long as it doesn't impact him too drastically as a consequence.

- Passive - Tending to go with the flow, Az does not express particularly strong feelings about anything. He is generally quite mild towards things and lives life in a way that just gets him by. History
Not a native to Viridian Forest, he happened to come upon it later in life after he was released by his trainer. He was bred for fighting and lived that way for many years. He won many battles, to his trainer's delight, but there was just one thing that he could not do, which was to produce eggs. Though Az enjoyed romantic relationships, once it got to the, uh, breeding part, he just didn't find it particularly enjoyable. This was fine, for a time, until after one particularly hard battle, he had to be retired. After too many battles, he was growing more resistant to healing, the nurses had said, and it was time for him to stop before he got himself killed. No longer a competitive battler, and not willing to be a stud, his trainer thought it might be best to just release him back into the wild and let Az life his life as however he desired. With this sudden newfound freedom, complete with a lack of hobbies or interests, Az did not know what to do except to wander aimlessly. Maybe it was chance that he finally stumbled into the Veridian Forest. Or perhaps, Lady Celebi was quietly guiding him to a resting place to call home, but in the end, he finally settled here. (And perhaps, the discovery of sweets at the Caramel Cafe played a role too.)

Extra
- A bit of a slow mover after all his injuries. Rarely runs anymore.
- Acts like a doting grandpa around children
