Personality:
Octavias is a wyngro with a thirst for knowledge and has no problem getting it through lies and deceit. He is indifferent towards anyone not close to him, but acts polite, hopeful that they will leave him be. If they can teach him something he wants though, he will try getting it in any way he sees fit. It mostly involves face flattery, bribes or promises of future favours.
When he has learned all that he wishes from a person, he once again becomes cold and indifferent.
Currently the only person he allows to call him 'Tavi' is his brother, whom he adores.
