What's the difference between polymer and porcelain clay? What are the pros and cons?

All the contras of the cold porcelain I have manage to learn to work with them, it only takes me more time to make figures compared to when I work with polymer clay
I only preffer it because it's way more cheaper. Cold porcelain easily crackles while working with it, you need to die the clay with paint (consumes a lot of time), it's softer so you have to be careful, while polymer clay doesn't have those problems, but you need to bake the clay
