Here's the pattern I used, scaled to be close to the actual measured size of mudkips!

I used the following two pieces of patterns, and scaled/warped them accordingly:

Body base: teenagerobotfan777 's (now Neon-Juma 's) 4-legged basic pattern: 4-lgged plushie basic pattern

And the non-base body parts of @Reneger-Kitsune 's Mudkip pattern (tutorial here)
