Tirek from the 1984 My Little Pony pilot, Rescue at Midnight Castle/Firefly's Adventure.Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian Glenstorm figure (trimmed and sanded) plus sculpey and acrylics.
Also tiny bag containing tiny Rainbow of Darkness.
Next time, larger figure (to better scale with G1 ponies) with an angrier face, perhaps.

I wish this was a mass produced figure, I'd buy it in a heart beat if I could. It looks like it would have been a figure released for boys back in the day which make sit all the more awesome. Still an amazing custom, love it.
