Erm, I didn't say what it does, it makes it slowly fade to the next image rather than quickly, so it's one continuous animation.

Add the Registry value called "AnimationDuration" (Case Sensitive) here:

and then set the image to change every 10 seconds. LOOKS AWESOME!
(Make sure it's a DWORD value and when you edit the value it's DECIMAL 9000 rather than Hexidecimal)

This is awesome, love the way it looks like the head changes colour every 10 seconds in windows 7 when it's actually changing the image.
