He's a great concept, he looks so utterly despondant like he's got the worst job in the entire world, and feels completely put upon and feels like a total plonker in his rubber suit! It's great when you can put across an attitude like that with a character design.

The pot belly is truly an underestimated instrument for great character art!
I really like the colours and balance of details, great work!
...Perhaps a tad bit too huge hands there though.
It would explain the unclasped helmet/gasmask, but he can't even fit a whole finger in the pocket on his backpack for example
