Day two of pokemarch! The rules of which are here

For this art challenge, all my pieces will fit the boxes and tone limits of the gameboy and gameboy color respectively. In theory with colours used and tiles used these sprites could even be hacked into gen 2.

What? You don't liek mudkips!? That reference may be a bit too old for most people here... Maybe you like mizugorou instead? No you're right that's just it's japanese name. I haven't actually played generation 3 at all, I had a gameboy advance, but when I was young I didn't get a lot of games for the system, and I'd often choose something like the sonic advance series of games whenever I did have a chance to do so.

It'll happen though, I'm near the end of pokemon gen 1 and about a quarter of the way through gen 2. Decided to play both gens as I can see gen 2 lasting me a while due to daily events while I play another gen that is less of a time sink (which is pretty much any other gen) but gen 3 will most likely be what I go to next after gen 1.
