Having both "one" and "The watcher" is un-necessary.
Remove "one" and crop this one ever so slightly to remove the unsightly shrub on the left.

The only thing that I can say about this one critique-wise, is that the subject matter isn't very interesting. There's really not enough here to critique. You almost kind of have a rule of thirds thing going on here with the off-center tree, but there isn't anything to balance it out on the other side or make the eye wander around the photo. The focal point is clearly the tree, and since the horizon-line is so bleak, I would have turned the camera vertical and centered it, or else zoomed out a lot and had a lot of white space on the left with the tree on the white. Hope that helps
