"Mortals of Earth! I am The Unfeeling, your future overlord. I have come to free you all from your emotions. Your kind has been under their control for long enough. They have made you all weak, and it's time for me to destroy them for you."Do not try to fight me. Resistance is futile. I am simply doing you all a favor. Your kind's true psychological capabilities shall be uncovered. Without your emotions, you will all have one thing left in your life; Logic.
"You are now witnessing what has become of my last victim. I have sucked the very essence out of this young girl's emotions. She is now being freed from their control. She is left off better this way, as will all of you. Trust me..."
Well, since and many others like my villain, here he is showing his ability of absorbing the emotions. Geez, this has to be the most violent thing I've ever posted on this site! What have I become...

This is has to be one of my favorite pictures of him... being the first piece I've ever seen of the Unfeeling I believe. o.o

Well yes, this was one of my first drawings of The Unfeeling. It's possibly the darkest deviation I have posted on this account.
I have considered remaking this one since my art has gotten better. (even though it kind of brings back certain memories I wish I could forget...)

Quite an interesting and malicious villian! I love how you made the Unfeeling's tentacles, and the fact that the tentacles holding the four emotions do show signs that they are absorbing them (like those coloured stuff in them) It's more interesting that you let Sadness be alone but not absorbed, and once again, the Infeelings tentacles are there, but in Sadness' case, it seems that the position of those tentacles imply that the Unfeeling is mocking Sadness. Of course, she is easy to upset, but as for the other four, nah, and I guess that is why the Unfeeling is absorbing them instead?

The image is so cool, I like the detail and how he's attacking the Emotions. All, but Sadness.

Great post showing the Unfeeling's power here. I like the way you draw him draining the essence of each of them as well as saving the pathetic blue laundry machine soap package for last. I also like the description as well.

Figured that this would be the best way to showcase his power for my story. I couldn't think of a good way for Sadness to be tortured, so I just left her there feeling hopeless. Took me a good while to piece together that monologue of his.

Thanks! It could be his speech to the world after being freed from his confinement. Figured the best way to show he's absorbing them was having their colors appear through his shadowy tentacles.

The concept of this villain is one I like but I think I spot a loop hole. His...It's?... belief is that once all the emotions are gone all that will be left is logic right? He thinks that it will help them advance as a species to only thrive off logic instead of be a slave to emotions, yes? With no emotions being the logic though...what will keep them going? If they feel no joy or satisfaction or anything from being absurdly logical and expanding then what purpose would the vast majority have? Plenty will kill themselves or allow themselves to die surely. No hope to live, no faith in a future, no determination to see something through, no love for anything or anyone including their self. Sure some will continue on for nothing better to do or because they seek answers and still want to know and weighed the pros and cons. But wouldn't the mortals as whole just be lifeless drones with no desire to do anything? And may even revert to instincts for survival? Wouldn't that go against everything the Unfeeling was attempting to accomplish?

Thank you so much! Yes, Fear is crying; he's to scared to die! I figured that Anger would be the one who would try to fight back. Sadness, being the little ball of tears she is, has probably lost all hope.
Figured that the best way to showcase his ability of absorbing emotions would be with Riley's own emotions.
