Never too much! The only thing that's overworked is that bikini top.
Frankly the only thing that bugs me is the difference in contrast and texture between the body and the head - but that's understandable considering what I suspect you had to work with.
Heh, this is fantasy - why limit something that's already impossible?

I'm not sure if it's a secret as much as it is a certain level of insanity - I have just enough anatomical knowledge to construct the skeletal structure, and I've always been good with faces - trying to find a way to pile as much muscle as I can on a body that keeps a sense of voluptuous femininity in the breasts, hips, hands and feet is a challenge - especially since for some reason I just don't like the whole giantess tendency we get from a lot of artists (it's just a taste thing, but part of what turns me on is the outrageousness of the breasts and muscles, and that can only happen if they really stand out from the frame more and more. Β In some ways I think the Child of Kumraigor, despite the messed up legs and lats, captures the design philosophy best. Β Although I think the towering bicep for Urd gets some of it too - her frame, if you look close, is curvy and already exploding with muscle, and that bicep is just so much bigger than everything else with the tattered remains of clothing around it that it looks like a truly insane FLEX which I find super erotic coming from a woman!

Sounds perfectly sane to me, haha. Still one thing that's not accounted for is the graphic appeal of them; they have a certain abstract pattern and rhythm and I was wondering if that's accidental or are you inspired by the anatomy as you go?
