I like to be logical and objective, next time, I can improve by using a reference photo and swatching my colors before I use them. I almost never use a reference and it shows

Debatable, but ok. Look, if I’m gonna be an asshole, I gotta learn to take what I dish out. That being said: the eyes are too close together, the neck is too long. The hands are wonky, the color palatte clashes, the shadows are inaccurate, and its overall anatomically incorrect.
