OHMYGOD i re-discovered SAIi had forgotten what it was like to work with
and my actual pony style emerged
and i realized why i went to ms paint
so get the show-style right

I hate when people think a child is just a stitched up version of their parents, it's quite nice to see a family where you can tell who gets what from who without it being a weird fusion of both parents.
Also, if you want to work with sai and do the pixely/show look, the binary tool is wonderful.

yeah i know right? i think i managed pretty well, i mean, they do have GRANDPARENTS as well that some genes from. i hate it when people take all the colors from both parents and SMASH them into the kid.
and i used the curve tool to get the lines right c: i don't really want the pixel look

Yeah, like I saw one with the hair and body of the dad, but with one streak of the moms hair and one leg with the moms color, neither of the color schemes worked at all when morphed together. Some people just don't know how genes work.
