That is a really intense piece.
I can't help feeling that it's a photo manipulation, though... partly from the grim reaper and the hand, which suggests that it might not be what it is, like?
I think the atmosphere is good enough, anyway. I like the lighting and how there are shadows amidst that to add further depth to things. The centre positioning with the reaper increases the impact overall and I think it's great how the portrait format provides you with a full look on how many people there are, what they're all doing and such...
The title is pretty fitting and it feels like the dawn of the dead has just come or something. o.O
But yeah, I'm not fond of how it feels like photo manipulation in some places. >.>

You are right, it's a photomanipulation! That photo was shot in the after-noon! I used another sky and I modified the hand so that it looks like a skeleton hand instead of a glove.
