Well, everyone seemed to approve of me going a character guide, and they seemed to want me to do Dreamguider first. So....here we go. All sixteen Dreamguider characters in one place.

Character details....left to right, top to bottom.

KIARA DREEGARDEUR - The main protagonist of the series, a 16 year old official Dreamworld protector. She's an eager and determined young woman who takes her job seriously, but can turn soft and gentle at a moments notice, especially in the presense of an upset child. Her magic ring guides her through dreams and makes sure they remain nightmare free.

MELANIE "WHISPER" SIEKROT - Kiara's shy and secretive work collegue and best friend. Even at only nine years old, she is incredibly talented in magic. As her nickname suggests, she is very good at keeping secrets. Soft, quiet sounds, including that of whispering, relax her.

CORPORAL NI'ARE ZANZARA - The main antagonist, Zanzara attempted to learn how to control nightmares, turning him against his fellow Dreamguiders. Now, with darkness flowing through his heart, and his evil grin fixed to his face, he plans on conquering Dreamworld and turning everyone into his slaves.

MARCO "RIPPER" ORAMMER - Zanzara's first and most loyal henchman. Ripper is not the brightest in the bunch, but his loyalty is second to none, and he's quick to use his sledgehammers on anyone who gets in his way.

LORD MARISEA - Dreamworld's goddess, and usually the first person Kiara turns to if things go out of her depth. Even after thousands of years, it is not clear why she prefers the title "Lord", despite being female. She has the ability to control water.

BULLSEYE - A former Dreamworld protector, Bullseye was forced into retirement after a nightmare destroyed his right eye. He is a good friend of Kiara, and often babysits Whisper when she is away.

CRIPTILE - Zanzara's second henchman, and a cold blooded assassin. His disemboweller and boomer-axe leave his victims in no fit state to argue.

ICE - Zanzara's third henchman (or more accurately, first henchwoman), but little is known about her or her motives. She has the ability to control snow and ice. She dislikes kids, especially Whisper and Sareena, insisting they deserve "proper disclipline".

KYLEE ORAMMER - Ripper's catgirl sister, who tends to do what she wants and when she wants to do it. She dislikes Kiara, Criptile and Ice with a passion, and isn't keen on Zanzara either.

SAREENA ORAMMER - Kylee's four year old daughter, Sareena, or "Sari" for short, is carefree, innocent and very naive. She enjoys baseball, chasing butterflies and generally being with her mother, even when doing evil. She has a bitter rivalry with Whisper.

BAJI QUAN - Baji Quan is the protector of Energy Plasma, a position he has held for a thousand years. Energy courses through his very being, and he can "drain" them through his focal points on his body. Much like Kiara, he protects Energy Plasma from the wraith of Dr Gulf.

LEAH HEBAFA - Baji Quan's younger cousin, Leah is a martial arts teacher. She seems to toggle between serious and "ditsy" all too easily.

BLACK WIDOW - A mysterious female, looking for revenge on the killer of her husband. She is extremely anti-social and known to cause trouble, simply because they're "in her way".

DR NEVADA GULF - An evil scientist hellbent on acquiring all the power of Energy Plasma and using it to power his own weapons. He wears a battle suit to combat Baji Quan, who frequently disrupts his plans, but as it uses a lot of power, he tends to get Hachiman and Inferno to do his bidding.

HACHIMAN - A samurai ninja, and one of Dr Gulf's henchman. Hachiman is stealthy, quick on his feet, and knows how to swing his sword.

INFERNO - "Inferno" is the codename of Subject K.O.L. in a project created by Dr Gulf to create an artificial nightmare. Inferno, having had all his "savage" genes removed, was the most successful, and is generally very relaxed and "street-smart". He has the handy ability of dissolving his body.
