A commission featuring characters from the cartoon C.O.P.S. One of my favorite cartoons growing up!Nightshade and Ms. Demeanor have a surprise christmas present for the Big Boss. Mirage, Mainframe, and TV anchor Whitney Morgan all wrapped up in ribbons!
