Spaceley can't fire George. Besides the reasons you have so clearly depicted, George is his scapegoat. And also the only person who can operate the R.U.D.I. unit that apparently runs the company.

Would love to see him tie them up and gag them and force Mrs. Jetson to watch him fondle Jane while they struggle. Maybe broadcast it so George has to watch?
