Toriyama wrote that Pan's Saiyan heritage was too diluted in order for her to ascend to Super Saiyan, but later admitted that the only reason he made that rule was because he could not come up with a logical design for a female Super Saiyan because most of the characteristics associated with the Super Saiyan were characteristics typical of males, and not females. Toei ignored this heritage rule in their spin-off series Dragon Ball GT when they made distant Saiyan descendents Son Goku Jr. and Vegeta Jr. have the ability to transform into Super Saiyans, even though their Saiyan heritage was even more diluted than Pan's- from Wikipedia
So after Kim possible transformed into a Super (saiyan?) shego
stop her evil ways and became good again. Then Dr. Drakken propelled Shego's powers way beyond and managed to bring back the hatred towards Kimmie. Dr. Drakken did that to use the power generated by the fight to power up his ultimate creation...
Yeah, pretty much like Majin Vegeta vs Goku.

To be truthful, I used t have an idea where Kim Possible would meet alternate versions of herself, one of them being a Saiyan. Pretty lame idea, which is why I left the main comic on page 5 and started my new account

See, where Toriyama went wrong is that he forgot that the saiyan race itself is more aggressive and muscular than humans. This goes for female saiyans too.
I also find it funny that pretty much EVERY Pan fan out there has created a super saiyan design for her, and Toriyama could not.
I REALLY hope someone makes one more db movie someday, showing pan go ssj.

apparently, fanmade transformations will come to life in an official dragon ball product. The new 360/PS3 game Raging Blast will contain at least one awesome transformation: Super Saiyan 3 Broly!! Hell yeah, it has been confirmed. With that fact I deduce that the game will ship with some more What if transformations and if it doesn't, there is always DCL. And the graphics look very true to the anime.

If I recall, Majin Vegeta walloped Goku, didn't he? That would bode well for Shego, then.
Toriyama wrote that Pan's blood was too diluted, yadda yadda yadda. Never mind that, remember when someone ascending to Super Saiyan was an amazing, once-every-kazillion-years occurence? Goku changed against Freiza. That was really cool. Then Vegeta changed. Hey, he had to. Then Future Trunks changed. Then Gohan. Then Present Trunks. Then Goten... Heck, I'm suprised Piccolo never went Super Saiyan. Toriyama never did a very good job of staying canon to his own show...

yes, but he kicked Goku's ass cuz he let him do it. He could go ss3 all along but wanted to give vegeta some peace by letting him win. Which resulted in Vegeta committing suicide thinking himself as the strongest one alive, and the birth of buu and...
