My favorite story in the Creepshow series, right next to The Crate, this one being in Creepshow 2, the second story. One of my top fav stories by Stephen King in Skeleton Crew. A LOT sicker in the short story than in the movie.This is the infamous scene where Rachel dies and is swallowed by the skin sucking, meat eating blob, that floats around the lake, in search of something to engulf.
As the story goes on the other 3 kids are swallowed up as well, leaving no survivors...sorry if i spoiled it for you.
The blob is actually 20x BIGGER than the one shown in my drawing, i decided to show a portion of it instead of drawing the WHOLE thing.
Oh Yeah! by the way that was all a spoiler...heh.

Someone should really put up a "Beware of Ooze Monster" sign. That old overgrown "No Swimming" sign really doesn't cut it.

Ever seen The Stuff (1985)? great Sci-fi horror comedy with this kind of creature but as a white colored desert product that is a living man-eating organism that turns people into zombies and can eat people as well.

i enjoyed this short as well, but i think the actors in this short could have done a better job. your artwork that portrays one of the teens getting sucked in looks absolutely marvelous! awesome work!
