One of a great art piece. I must says that I'm proud son of a retired soldier who fought during Vietnam war. I show this to my father which reminded him of his fellow marine and it bring a tears to his eyes. Thanks for drawing this awesome piece man. Much respect to you.

Thank you for that. I donated the original painting to a silent auction held for an EOD Marine who had lost both his leg and his family was in real dire straights. I was told after the auction that it brought in more money than most of the other pieces put together. That made me feel really great.
A copy now hangs in the Marine Corps Museum in Quantico Va. for display.
Tell your dad thanks, from me for setting the example of what Marines are capable of. We will not give in. no matter how old, no matter how battle broken we are War is in our BLOOD!

You're very welcome, Crash. My father really love this artwork and you did very well. I don't see any artists did a military painting like this these days. Only few those are the famous oldest master artist had done painting for the army veterans from the Easy Company. I don't understand why this drawing didn't get much favorite. Other than that, it great to see one artist like you had drawn this to donate for an EOD Marine and I'm sure he will love the drawing.

LOL... I was a POG... Well actually I started with 1/5 as an 0351 then lat moved to Combat Camera as an Illustrator. And yea I hate POG's too. They have a totally different view of the Corps. They really have no idea what REAL comradery is, and what it is like to live and die for your fellow Brothers.
