SO. UM. YEAH. HAVE SOME BIRTHDAY ART, WAIFU.

Man I drew a DRUM KIT. And I got to draw a kitty cat boy! Which I very rarely draw. The only other cat boy I generally draw or get to draw is Hatori. I tried to draw Shin pretty happy because he has that loooovely kit to play on. I really think drummers are the most underrated characters of all time. Or in bands, even! Drummers are in charge of keeping the band rhythmically together, man. I have to have some sort of respect for that. And by some I mean like a lot. I've kinda wanted to learn how to play drums but I really suck at keeping a good rhythm and they're expensive and I was conned by early influences (read: my entire mother's family and my mom and my brothers) to love the guitar so. Yeah. No drums for me. BUT THAT DOESN'T MEAN I CAN'T APPRECIATE THEM AT ALL.

...I tried something very different and non standard for my artwork...I've been pretty impressed with what 's ability to cellshade, and I wanted to do something colorful yet with few colors. So I kinda experimented with this stuff. They're supposed to be liiiiights like on a stage. I just messed around with Photoshop layer filters to get them colors the way I wanted. I don't think I've used magic wand and paintbucket this much in a loooooong time.

I wanna go pick up some World Tour now. I haven't played Guitar Hero in forever. I tried playing Carry on Wayward Son at the local game shop one day on medium and I only got 96%. I am probably so outta practice I'd probably fail Hot For Teacher on medium. MUST. REMEDY. THIS.

...OKAY. I HAVE ONE MORE BIRTHDAY IMAGE TO DO BEFORE I CAN LIKE CONCENTRATE ON MY TASK AND THEN ON MY CHRISTMAS PRESENTS TO EVERYONE. OKAY. I CAN DO THIS. >:U

BUT I WANNA DRAW NAIL FOR LIKE THE FIRST TIME EVER MAN ;A; THIS SUCKS SOBSOBSOB

Oh. BTW. I have decided that my proper, non-silly illustrations for Symphoria will have song titles. The only one I could think of that would really fit this image was Edge, which is from the first DVD in .hack//LIMINALITY. So yeah. >A> It's a badass song. I likes it.
