This is the companion to the other deviantation, Glittering Sun . (The names, if you live under a rock, were what people thought the GS remakes were gunna be named before they came out with Heart Gold and Soul Silver. I personally like the sound for the titles better. )

Oh, oh my god. Lugia. LUGIA. IS EASILY 300% EASIER TO DRAW AND COLOR THAN HO-OH. THIS TOOK HALF THE TIME AND THEN SOME <3333

This piece is a total contrast to Ho-Oh...Then agian, those two are completely different as well. Whereas Ho-Oh is the live-giver and bird of peace, I see Lugia as almost being more a bird of chaos. Almost. I mean, it flaps its wings and BAM! You got yourself a heavy hurricane or some crazy shit like that! I personally think that because Lugia was so upset after Brass Tower burned and the Pokemon died, it doesn't know how to control its emotions. Something like that. Hence the darker colors.

Iiiiiiiii've only done a sea before once, and that was...damn, back in 06 I think. So this was a new experience. Water, in general, is hard. I didn't want to go too crazy, but I did want to give the impression of Lugia submerging after several years or something.

The Lugia's name is Haku, btw, courtesy of 's character. I steals the name for any Lugia now because of her awesomeness.
