Believe it or not, I've had this PSD file hanging around since sometime last summer. I made an art card with colored pencils of this (a shining version of this, really...) and I kept a lineart for myself. (I know, it's a small full view!) So I was digging through my files, trying to find things that were still colorable...and this was one of them.

Lugia, underwater. I don't use a lot of greens. I should. I like how it kinda came out. I made the bubble brushes (HA! made, more like scribbled them out). I was like WHEEEE trying to make light reflections all over him. Yea,h that worked real well. >>'

Cool colors are cool. I was happy to say I finished this within an hour, where Lugia hadn't been colored at all.

Lugia belongs to Pokemon, Nintendo, yadda yadda...
