Description Mission #2 for . No self-critique this time, but a story:

"I don't even see the point in this," Breeze hollered down from below as she coasted lazily on an updraft. The Thunderwave Cave, known for its many electric types, was grand, hollow and open to the air unlike most caverns.
"It's a mission," Asa said simply in return. "And you didn't have to come along, you know..."
"Nothing better else to do in that lazy town..." she retorted. "Still, come on. ' Play with me...?'
Her beak shut as crying came into earshot. With swifter feet the newly transformed Eevee rushed to the scene to witness a grand gathering of local Pokemon surrounding a sobbing Cubone. Both members prepared to defend themselves if necessary, but the other Pokemon simply conceded and let them walk forward to the lamenting ground type.
"Hey, why are you crying? Were you the one to have that request posted up in town?" Asa attempted. When the child nodded without stopping his hysteria, Breeze landed on a nearby tree and fluffed her wings up.
"Great, a child sent out our request."
"Breeze," the human chided, before gazing back. "What's the problem, Cubone?"
"M-my m-m-mom...she's...s-she's..." He couldn't finish his sentence.
"Marowak passed away recently from a flood nearby," an Electrike muttered. "She really cared for her son."
The sentence even made Asa choke up. Breeze seemed to push her feathers back down in place, a little less sassy in respect for the fallen. The only sound of the woods were that of the Cubone. That silence...it had to go, decided the Eevee.
Gazing around, she gathered the electric types up quickly and whispered to them. Soon they dispersed into the cave. Cubone looked up, puzzled. Did his friends just ditch him? Soon enough, though, they came back with all sorts of things- stringy vines, fur hides of the deceased, dry wood...
With Asa's instructions, curious instruments were created. Whilst the others worked arduously away on their own percussion tools, the human trapped in the Eevee's body nudged the first drum in front of Cubone. It had stopped crying in curiosity.
"Go on...just hit it with your bone."
Still wary and upset, he tapped the drum. A tightly strung skin gave a wonderful, echoed 'duuuuum'. He leapt back in surprise, before trying again. Another drum soon joined in, as a Plusle Minun team finished their instruments- sparkling pompoms.
Not long thereafter, the once dismal Thunderwave Cave exploded into a heavy rhythm of drums, crackles and singing. The leader? Cubone. It was though they were playing a farewell serenade to his mother. It was only Asa's eyes that caught it, but she caught a glimpse of the deceased Marowak, proudly watching her son become stronger with every beat. The maternal figure, see-through yet filled with light and love, nodded with a small 'thank you' to Asa before she disappeared.

Because sometimes we don't need a physical rescue so much as an emotional one.

Hee, yeah. Thanks. I was like, 'it's already got a rhyming scheme, so what else will go with it that deals with music?' R came up and the lightbulb went off.

Is Breeze deciding not to partake because she wouldn't be caught dead doing such a thing? :3

LOL, Breeze thinks that howlin' and makin' music are activities are for uncivilized brutes. Probably. No, not sure what she's thinking, honestly...EVEN THOUGH SHE'S MY CHARACTER
