I don't think he actually had... well.. you know what I mean, with anyone though, as it would make no sense why a simple KISS would do so much to him then. (in the original they don't even kiss mouth-to-mouth, but he just gives her a chaste kiss on the forehead. Nothing more. And THAT shocks him!!)

You know, there is a sequel to POTO called "love never dies" that was written and scored by Andrew Lloyd Webber which states that indeed, Christine and Phantom had sex the night before her wedding to Raoul, she became pregnant, and passed the kid off as raouls.
