Trying this style again. I'm really trying to bring out strong colors now. :>Remake of >THIS<

Notification: As a sign of really liking your artwork, I am going to describe, analysis and evaluate what I see. What I written down may be from my own interruption or using words from other comments in this page.
The purple swirls in the background resembles time, traveling. The white swirl in the forefront that Celebi is touching resembles a moment before wrapping to another time. Relationship between light and shadow create dept to distance, darker colors resembles background, lighter colors resembles forefront. Celebi's pose is cutely through the use of her right hand reaching for the light ready to tap the wrap creating a dynamic feel. The lighting and dramatic colors balance out with each other and create a vivid and breathtaking setting. The line gives a nice flow for the eyes focus on Celebi using Time Warp, this mystical atmosphere create an awesome present which is appropriate for Celebi, deliver movement and energy just by how Celebi interact with the environment surrounding her
Varying shades of pinks and purples delivers dynamic coloring, tweaking sketch colors into an accenting color that is use in this picture. Make the colors flow better.
