Sunset and Pinkie Pie technically met in high school at Canterlot High. However, THIS Pinkie Pie didn't mean Sunset until she visited Equestria for a week long vacation. Sunset knew the human word Pinkie well enough to feel comfortable talking to Pinkie, and Pinkie Pie was friendly enough and curious enough to talk Sunset's ear off. When Sunset returned to the human world, she and Pinkie made plans to keep in touch, and after a couple years Sunset moved back to Equestria to be with Pinkie, and the two of them were soon married. Strawberry was their first daughter, and they were excited beyond words to have her. Raspberry, as well as her twin Citrus, came soon after, to their joy as well.
