It was getting late and the commotion of the night had finally died down. The buff male quickly bustled around the room, wiping tables and collecting empty mugs. If he was lucky he might be able to actually close the bar on time for once. Not that he really believed in luck, but that was beside the point. Glancing warily at the door, he half expected someone to barge in and demand a drink. If that was the case, he might be tempted to slip them a little something special. The bartender chuckled to himself, shaking his head. He really should play nicely with the other ketucari, but where was the fun in that? Finishing up his work, he huffed a sigh of relief, snatching his keys from behind the counter and making his way toward the door. He paused at the coat rack, snatching his cloak from its peg and tugging it on, carefully tying the string before slipping out into the night, his eyes darting from side to side one last time, making sure there was no one wanting to come in.

..........

Mirkas was tired. Like - REALLY tired. He felt like he could sleep a whole month. The bluish Ketucari was nothing you wouldn't see in the night. He was a big one, strength in his muscles and his coat shined in the moonlight. On his back he had some heavy saddle backs, full of various herbs and potions; the only reason why he ser a paw in this town. He had never entered a bar until now and he didn't have the intention to do so, even if it might look different to the buff Ketucari. Mirkas' steps where wide and straight towards the other Ketucari. Well - not really towards. He just wanted to pass him. The dark, red eyes, the only thing of him that was covered in the dark, eyed the buff male closely. He didn't even notice that he did this, his occupation made it habitual to him. Most of the grown up Ketucari didn't asked for help with a single word until they had to carry their head in their own paws.

..........

Typically Arsenic was quite aware of his surroundings, as he needed to be in case a fight broke out in the bar, however the prospect of leaving on time had his guard down, at least momentarily. As he went to slip his key into the lock he could not help but to feel as though someone was watching him. Pausing, the long feathers on his neck stood on edge slightly. Sucking in a small breath, he turned to see who was staring, knowing it more than likely was another drunkard wanting a late night drink. Golden eyes fell on the blue male and he tilted his head to the side curiously. Well, that certainly was not what he was expecting. Most who entered did not have packs nearly as full as this male's and he got the vibe that he was not after a drink. He paused for another moment, debating what he should do. "Can I help you with something?" he asked, flicking his tail.

..........

Mirkas was lost in his thoughts. That didn't mean that he wasn't aware of his surroundings. He was a Healer. He always had to know what happened. But at the moment there was nothing he had to react to, so he didn't care much about anything else. Only the words let him stop and again the red eyes looked closely into the ones of the strange Ketukari. His eyes were irritating, as if he always searched for something and tried to find out every single secret someone could hide from him. "Not really...", he mentioned after a few seconds of silence. "I don't think you have the things I need..." Unluckily he didn't get anything he needed from the city. Some incrediences were - seldom and not easy to handle. Most of them were highly toxic if they were used slightly in the wrong way. Or if there was too much of it in one dose of the medicine. He sighed quietly, again lost in his thoughts.

..........

Perhaps he was far to curious and nosy for his own good, but the other male certainly had caught Arsenic's attention. He cast a glance at the other ketucari's bags, trying to judge what exactly they could be holding and what it was that the other was searching for. It had to be important, or else he would not be traveling at night. A herb, perhaps, for why would it not be found in a city? If that was the case though, the bartender was likely to have it due to his...hobby. Arsenic smiled, gesturing toward the door. "Would you mind telling me what it is you are searching for? If I do not personally have it, perhaps I can direct you to someone who might." Kindness went a long way, he had found, and who knew, perhaps this male could be of some use to him in the future.

..........

The buff Ketucari definitely was too curious but that should be his own problem. Well - not exactly. In the end, Mirkas was the one who had to fix him if he got in too much trouble. He stretched his neck. His back ached from the heavy backs, it was a very long day for him and he had to get back to his patient. On the other paw the Buff one promised some rest to him. He wasn't very familiar with the city. He just knew that he should be careful and that it wasn't a place for him call home or just - relax somehow. He wouldn't have searched a place for his own but... if he was offered one... It took him a few seconds, but in the end he nodded sharply. Because another thing the buff Fantail offered was a little hope to get his claws on the things he really needed. "I don't know who you are and what tells you that you maybe could help me but... well, it is worth a try." His voice like a cool breeze and didn't carry much emotions with it. Maybe even less then normal because of his tiredness.

..........

There was something familiar about the other male's mannerisms, but Arsenic could not quite figure out what it was. He seemed worn and tired and his packs seemed much too heavy. Overworked, perhaps? It was really none of his business and he really should have just minded his own, but he could not help his curiosity. When the traveler agreed to comply the bartender grinned, giving the door to his bar a gentle shove. "Well, in that case why don't you come on in and tell me what exactly you're searching for. Can I offer you a drink or perhaps a bit of bread to eat?" Was he being overly hospitable? Probably, and he was ruining his chances of closing early, however, his business spread by word of mouth, so what did he really have to lose by helping the poor fellow?

..........

Overworked was one thing. Another was, that he had enough to do with different Ketucari during his work. He wasn't one who searched for company after it. Sometimes he just needed some rest from all the living and chattering beings. He nodded again and followed the Buff Ketucari inside. He was too trustful. Well, nothing he could change now. He should have the skills to come out of every bad situation. Or so he thinks. With a little sigh, he let the bags carefully slip to the ground. Again, he stretched his neck. Softly, he raised an eyebrow. "Alcoholics are not my thing. I refuse to poison myself with any drugs that aren't necessary. But I could use something else to drink, if that would be possible?" He rubbed his claw gently through his face. The red eyes darted through the room, before he looked at the bartender again. "This is your bar? It looks - nice. Surprisingly comfortable for something in the city." Well, that wasn't very nice. But it was the way he thought. He would never feel really relaxed in the city. "I hope there will be no arguments tonight...", he whispered to himself. Yes, the bar was empty now, but it always could change.

..........

The bartender chuckled, taking his cloak off and hanging it back on the rack. With a swift motion he made his way back behind the counter, setting his keys back where they belonged before giving a small shrug. "What you may consider a poison some consider a remedy. It's all in a matter of how things are used." Which, was true. Hell, most of the things he used for his work had other purposes. Pushing the thought away, he grabbed a clean mug, grinning now. "If you're not after such a remedy, however, I can offer you some water or tea." While some might take the other male's words as a insult, Arsenic knew better. Years of work had taught him how to tell when someone meant to word something differently. He was sure the other male had not meant to insult the city and as such brushed it off, offering another grin instead. "Well thank you. I do try to make my patrons comfortable. I get a lot of travelers but do have my regulars as well." He did take notice of the traveler mumbling to himself, but again thought nothing of it. He was used to his customers talking to themselves, although most of the time it was the result of his sales.

..........

This time, the bluish Ketucari smiled softly. "That's the matter with all poisons. It's all about the dose. Alcohol is very effective to mix different medicines. But I prefer to have a clear mind if there is no urgent need for something else." He followed the Buff Ketucari to the counter, sat down and relaxed his tired body a little bit. An eyebrow raised for a few moments. "Tea would be great. Do you have something like linden blossoms or cherry bark? Otherwise chamomile is good, too." Well, cherry bark was in his backs, too. But he needed it himself and it was untreated until now. His words weren't meant as an insult. They were a compliment for the bartender. There were a lot of traveler that weren't comfortable with the city. For a short moment he allowed himself to close his eyes and just having some deep breaths. "Again the question. What tells you that you can help me? You don't know me, nor what I am searching for..." It wasn't easy for him to - just ask.

..........

The bartender snickered softly, shaking his head as he turned to grab a mug. "So I've heard," he smirked, chuckling to himself again. If only the traveler knew, perhaps he would find some humor in it as well, but it was best not to give too much information too early. He was not entirely sure he could trust this male not to report him to the authorities, although he was sure, as always, he could find some way to avoid consequence. As he turned back around he shrugged a shoulder. "To each their own though. Now, let's see what I might have for you. I admit I don't sell much tea, but I do try to at least keep some on hand." He began opening a few jars at the far end of the counter, carefully peering inside each before closing them again. "You are in luck. I seem to have just enough cherry bark for a cup or two." Carefully he made his way to the fireplace, grabbing his pot as he did so and placing it upon the hook before turning back to the other male, smiling. "Call it intuition if you will. I'm usually pretty good at reading those who need my assistance. You're searching for something you desperately need and I just have an aching suspicion I might have what it is you need. Then again, everything is not always what it seems."

..........

He wouldn't report him. It was none of his business - well - as long as he didn't have to heal the victims of him. But as the bartender said - he couldn't be sure. A hardly noticeable smile showed on the face of the bluish Ketucari. Just for a few seconds, then he looked normal again. "Well, this is truly some luck for me. I can use the effect right now..." Better then any alcohol for sure. Cherry bark was known to be good against fever and to avoid it, too. He couldn't risk to get ill at the moment. And exhausted as he was, the possibility was way to high. Softly he inclined his head, examined the other Ketucari closely. Then he sighed... "I need some - herbs - that I am afraid aren't easy to get around here. Foxglove, Datura, some others..." He closed his eyes, too tired to think about the information he just gave. Yes, the herbs he needed were healing one. But they were more known for being poisonous. Never the less, he had to try. He didn't want the little cub he found just... die without ever having the chance to live. That wasn't fair to him.

..........

The buff male grinned, giving a quick nod. "I'll brew you up some then." Returning to the counter, he plucked the lid off the jar again, carefully removing a pawful of the contents and examining them carefully before placing them in the mug. He glanced toward the fire, giving a small nod as the pot of water began to heat. Turning his gaze back to the male, he listened carefully, tilting his head to the side as he tried to gage his intention. He did not seem malicious, as he himself often was with the herbs. Then again, he could also be good at putting up an act? The traveler's tired face suggested otherwise however. It was probably best to offer help without giving away too much information. Hesitating just a moment longer he smiled, leaning over the counter slightly in the other male's direction. "Today must be your lucky day because I happen to be a....collector of rare herbs, if you will." His voice was low as he spoke, and he honestly had no idea why. The bar was empty, so who else could possibly hear?

..........

He gazed at the buff male working without really seeing him. In his mind, he was far away again, thinking about the possibilities that he had left to work with. There weren't many. He was a very good actor. But not if he was this tired. And not if he felt unsafe just for the place he had to be in - which meant the city, not the bar. "I think that is nothing you...." The words of the other Ketucari let him raise his head immediately. He - not only KNEW the herbs, but he - had them? "A - collector of... rare herbs?" His ears flicked nervously. Again his gaze examined his surrounding closely. He knew these herbs very well. Both were absolutely deadly for the ones who didn't know how to use them. That was nothing a - collector would look for. He violently shook his head. That was none of his business. "Do you have some? I really - desperately need them." He hated to confess this, but it was the truth. "I need Foxglove, Datura, Monkshoot and sundew. Do you have these?" He could also work if one of the herbs were missing. But it would it make harder for him.

..........

Arsenic could sense the other male's unease, and rightfully so. A collector of herbs was something typically unheard of. Surely he must have some intent with them, but perhaps it was best not to let the other male know what it was. Clearly they had two totally different intentions with the herbs, so perhaps it was best not to let the other know what his were. The bartender was silent as he crossed the room, carefully removing the pot from the fire and returning to the bar. Slowly he poured the tea, peering at the other male as he did so. Could he be trusted? His seeming desperation lead the fantail to believe he could. Sliding the mug across the counter to the male he gave a small nod. "I believe I should have what you are looking for, but let me double check." Glancing toward the door to make sure no unwanted guests should be entering, he reached under the counter, removing a worn wooden box. Gently he removed the lid, looking inside, gingerly removing a few vials and setting them aside so he could inspect the herbs beneath them. Chuckling to himself he gave a small nod, pushing the box toward the other male. "I believe you'll find what you need in there. I do apologize if it is buried in other unneeded herbs."

..........

Tired, the bluish male took the tea. "Thank you." The warmth did him well and he smelled the cherry bark. Carefully he took a sip. Would he be alright drinking something from him? On the other hand, it would be foolish of the buff one to tell him about the herbs if he had the intention to poison him, right? You could feel the relief the bluish Ketucari showed as he saw the herbs. He saw the other one, noticed their effect and made some mental notices about them. Now he knew the intention of the other Ketucari. But again, it was none of his business. "I just hope you have the antidotes against these beauties... Or at least know them.", he murmured quietly. With gentle moves he examined the herbs, searched for these which he needed. He was very careful not to destroy any of the herbs or match them with others who would react. He just took the amount he would need. "May I ask where you - found them? I will not have the time to gather even more herbs for the next time. It was a high risk for me to leave the little one alone this time. I am afraid he will be cold and stiff if I am not home in time..."

..........

The buff male smiled and nodded as the other took his tea. "It was my pleasure." He could sense the other's skepticism as he took his first sip and he could not help but chuckle softly to himself. He had no intent to harm this male as he had done him no wrong. His cocktails were reserved for those who offered him harm or harm to those willing to pay. It would be foolish to waste such resources on a mere traveler. Instead he offered his assistance, for perhaps the traveler would return and do the same in the future. He was pulled from his thoughts as the other male spoke once more and he chuckled again, giving a small nod. "Oh, I know of them for certain." Now, if he used them was another story entirely, but that really was not the point. Skeptically he watched as the other sorted through the herbs, glad he at least handled them with care. "I gather them all myself in the hours my bar is closed," he said, giving a small shrug. He did take note of the mention of a child, but did not question the other further on the matter. After all, it really was none of his business.

..........

As he had everything he needed, he carefully gave it back to the bartender. "What do I owe you?", he asked quietly. These herbs were really rare. He wasn't able to find them in the short spare time he had at the moment. They were quite expensive as far as he knew. Never the less they were worth it. He opened his heavy backs that were full of other herbs and little glass bottles and phials. For one who knew herbs, it was obvious that they all had something to do with healing, even if some of them were really dangerous. Other equipment was there, too. Carefully he searched for some unstained cloth to wrap the delicate herbs in them. "In this case I think you doesn't have much time to sleep...", he simply assumed. Another short smile and a spark of amusement in his eyes were there for a second. "Two questions. I will need more of them in one week. I will not be able to get my claws on the ancient things I am searching for in time. May I ask you for your help again? And the second... Please - do not use these things on others if I am around. I would feel the need to help the poor fellows, even if they don't deserve it." That was the flaw of being a healer. He carefully cleaned his paws before he took his cup of tea again, enjoying the warmth in his paws and his body.

...........

The bartended took the box back, returning his vials to it before carefully replacing the lid and sliding it back into its hiding spot. He was silent for a moment as he looked at the other male. Sure, the herbs were hard to come by and typically sold for a high price, but should he charge him? He was in desperate need of them so he was sure he could charge a high price, however, that hardly seemed like the appropriate thing to do in this situation. Golden eyes traveled to the male's packs as he opened them, carefully taking all of their contents in. A healer, just as he had suspected. Naturally his sense of urgency and desperation made more sense. Finally once the herbs were safe inside the bag he grinned, shaking his head. "Consider them a gift, my friend. The first ones are always on the house with me." He laughed, shaking his head. "As my father always used to say, sleep is for the weak." There was a long silence after the blue male's last statement as Arsenic stared at him. Who was he to tell him what he could and could not do? His blood roared in his ears, but only for a moment before he quickly shook his head, forcing the burning sensation away. "Now my friend, I can assure you, even if I were to use my cocktails when you were around, you would be completely unaware of the fact." He smirked, turning away now. "As for my further assistance, yes, I should be able to get you more within a week. You know now where to find me when the time comes."

..........

At the moment, Mirkas would be willing to give a very high price for the herbs. He had only few other choices and none of them were some he would like to consider. Unluckily the need of high worthy herbs did not grow similar with the amount of gold in his pocket. To be exact - he didn't have much money left. Well, in the worst case he would have to ... find some on the street... or elsewhere. His eyes widened a little bit, as the bartender offered him the herbs as a gift. "You... are serious?" He simply had to ask this. He was nearly speechless. "I... thank you." This was so much help for him. So many thoughts and worries that he didn't have to think about until next week. If he had the time he would just lay down and - enjoy the relief and the exhaustion that came with the lack of a few worries. He laughed quietly. "Well, regular sleep is good for your health, but I know what you mean..." He didn't sleep enough himself. It was seen on his face and his whole behavior. He didn't want to tell the buff Ketucari what he had to do. It was just a question, a favor he could ask for. Oh - he definitely WOULD try to tell him what to do if he was injured or ill, but that was something different to him. He smiled tiredly. "That works too, i think... I just... don't want to cross you. I will really need your help. AND I owe you more than just a little bit after this day." He had noticed that he had chosen the wrong words, that was why he tried to explain himself. He wasn't one to be careful with his words. He normally just said what he was thinking. And he wouldn't even consider to apologize if the other male wasn't this friendly and helpful. "Thank you very much."

..........

The healer's reaction was enough to make the bartender grin as he watched. The sheer amount of amazement and gratitude was apparent. That was why he did not charge him. He knew he would now have an ally in this male, and those were becoming increasingly hard to come by. He just hoped the other would trust him despite their views differing greatly when it came to the usage of these herbs. Pushing the thought away he nodded, smiling at the other male. "You are quite welcome my friend. I know you'll put them to good use." He chuckled, grabbing a mug to pour himself a glass of ale as they spoke. "So I've heard. Like good people though, decent sleep seems to be hard to come by as well." He chuckled, shaking his head as he took a long drag from his glass, leaning forward onto the bar as he did so. "You won't cross me, don't worry. It takes a lot to offend me to that point, although I will admit I am not totally opposed to accepting coins from others in return for doing their dirty work, but that is not often. Nothing you will have to worry about, I assure you." Setting his mug carefully on the counter, Arsenic grinned once more. "I am sure you will be able to repay me one day, but for now that too is something you should not worry yourself with."

..........

Indeed, he had made himself a very loyal friend with this move and a healer was always something you could need. But not only the bartender needed allies. Mirkas himself was not very good with words - or with other Ketucaris. He was good at his job. That was something different. Despite of his job he normally was a loner. In the end, this wasn't the way he could live and work. How could he be satisfied with himself? He had to accept that he sometimes need help from others. That he couldn't help those who really needs him without others that helped him with money, supplies or herbs. Or sometimes just a warm place to rest. But at the moment he didn't want to think properly about that. He hated to be reliant towards others. He closed his paws tightly around the tea cup, took a few other slips. "I surely will..." The next words made him laugh silently. "That is so true... Otherwise a lack of sleep can cause trouble because of mistakes that were made if there is no possibility to concentrate." This was a big problem to him. If he was to tired to mix the medicine right or to care well enough for wounds, his patients would suffer. And he wasn't a very patient person, especially not if he was tired. "To me, it never matters what someone does. I will cure him. I will NOT interfere in any sort of punishment but my own pride and my understanding of my work forces me to heal everyone afterwards." He shrugs and give a aslant smile. "I will, somehow. I am not sure yet what I can do for you, but some day there will be a possibility. I always pay my debts."

..........

As he watched the other male, the bartender narrowed his eyes subconsciously. It was not because he was suspicious or anything. No, he was just a tad bit too nosy for his own good, though he was never judgmental about it so long as others did not judge him. It was somewhat surreal though that the herbs he typically used to harm others were now being used to help. Quickly he shook his head. As long as he himself was not doing it, what did it matter? He was still able to create his own justice when need be. Pushing those thoughts away he focused his attention back on his new found ally. "I'm sure you will," he grinned, taking another long drink from his mug in an effort to silence his thoughts. "Thus it is wise to at least sleep some times." He chuckled, shaking his head. There were some nights that his sleep was riddled with demons. As a result, he spent most of those nights searching for new herbs. But, that really was nothing the other should be concerned with. The words of the healer made him chuckle, shaking his head. "So dutiful in your work, my friend. It is for this very reason that I only use those which cannot be seen or smelled and take hours to take effect. But again, this is nothing you should concern yourself with because it shall not happen while you're around." At least not that he would be aware of anyway. "There is no need to rush the arrival of that day. Just try not to let the debt hang over your head."

..........

It was always the dose that made the poison. Mirkas knew too well which harm this herbs could bring to others. To playing children that did not know what they were doing and just ate a little flower just to pass away in horrible pain. And for others, they meant life. There were so many different paths to choose. About how to use things. About justice, too. It was his own sense of justice that forced him to heal everyone equally reguardless of his own feelings about this person. How could he judge if someone deserves healing or not? How could he judge if someone should suffer in pain if he knew the person just for some short time? "Yes, it is. Or someday I need to help you because you mistook the tea for some other things..." Mirkas smirked for a short second. He kind of - liked the buff male. Even if they had different views of things, they kind of thought often the same. If the other would ask, he could help him with his sleep. But this was something he would not do without being ask. He would not KNOW without being ask, if the other male wasn't obviously tired and worn out. And even if he did not know it, the results benefits him much. "Again - thank you. I think everyone of us has some personal principles to follow. Unluckily they sometimes clash." He stretched himself and Β drank the rest of his tea. "Hmm... I will try to. And maybe someday I can show you who you helped, too." A short, but really soft smile was shown on his face as he thought about the little cub. "I should go home. It is getting really late," he sighed.

..........

He needed to realize that sometimes others may have a different point of view, as much as he hated to admit it. Arsenic was a prideful toa, though he would never openly admit it. That was what lead him to carry his demons and, at times, give in. While the simple act of helping this healer could not erase his mindset entirely, it did help to ease it, at least for the time being. The other male's comment made him chuckle and he shook his head, glancing toward his jars of tea. "That would be a tragic day indeed, though I normally am careful to keep the two packaged separately." His tiredness was something he had grown used to, and as such he hardly showed it at all anymore. Perhaps it was pride or even wariness, but he was not keen on letting his weaknesses show. He would have to get to know the other male much better before he ever asked for help with such a matter. Finishing his own mug, he set it aside for the time being, carefully taking the other's when he had finished. "You are quite welcome. We each do have our own set of morals. Who am I to judge those of someone else?" He began washing the two mugs now, glancing over his shoulder toward the other as he spoke so as not to appear rude. "I would like that very much. I always enjoy the company of others." He could tell the other was very fond of whomever it was he was helping. There was a brief twindle of compassion that burnt in the buff toa's belly before vanishing once more. "Alright then." Walking out from behind the counter, he came to stand beside the other male. "Do be careful heading out. While the town may seem cheery, there are some local hoodlums who like to cause mischief at night."

..........

Life could be very difficult. To interact with others even more. And trust was nothing to give away easily, as well for the healer. "It would be..." The Buff male was glanced at one more and Mirkas just nodded. He thought the same way. It was not for him to judge about others. He smiled once more. To be honest he couldn't think about a time he smiled this often in the last months. "I guess that's something you have to if you're running a bar, right? I am not that good with others..." Yes, he liked the little cub. It was innocent. It couldn't have done anything to deserve this yet. That was why he was to eager to help it even beyond his own borders. He took his bags once again, fixed it on his back. "No charge for the tea as well?", he asked hesitating. Nevertheless he nodded. "I will. And I hope I will be out of the town soon. I still have a good distance to walk to get home again. Don't worry, no one should be idiotic enough to harm me." he grinned.

..........

Did he enjoy the company of the other male? Naturally. Which was why he honestly did hope he would be able to see him again. It was not often he found a patron so pleasant to be around. He shrugged a shoulder, grinning toward the other toa. "You come to grow used to the company of others I have found. Naturally though, you will not like everyone you meet." There were, of course, patrons he disliked. If it came to disliking them enough he let his little hobby take place, but, he tried not to let it happen too often least he draw suspicions to his bar. "Tea is on the house, my friend. Feel free to ask for another glass next time you are in town." As he made his way toward the door, he grabbed his cloak once more from the hook, somewhat sad for once that he had to be leaving his bar and the company of the other male. "I am glad to hear you can hold your own against these foolish town children," he smirked, chuckling some as he did so.

..........

He would definitely see him again. "As I forgot it - like always. May I ask for your name, before i go? I am Mirkas." He shook his head in amused resignation. "Thank you very much. I definitely will come again." He trembled for a short time as he stepped out into the cold again. He was used to it, yes, but if he was really tired like now, the cold tries to cut through his fur and feathers. The red eyes ganced shortly at the buff male. The gaze was much - softer and not as piercingly as at the beginning. He was sure the other male had no bigger injuries or illness and he was sure that he didn't have to search for any week points to defend himself. "I wouldn't survive out in the wilderness if some of these fools could hurt me I think. And I wouldn't be a good healer if I didn't know where injuries really hurt. I guess you are used to this streets. Still, come home safely."

..........

The bartender blinked when asked his name. He forgot to introduce himself? That was normally one of the first things he did. Their meeting, however, was unexpected, so it was only natural he had forgotten. "Oh yes, how foolish of me to forget! My name is Arsenic." He grinned as he said his name, giving a quick nod. "Yes, good. I will certainly look forward to our next meeting then." As he stepped out into the cold, the harsh air cut through his feathers once more and he, once again, pulled his hood over his head, turning to carefully lock the door behind himself. The other male was...rugged, to put it lightly. Certainly much different then himself. Still, he found a weird sort of connection with him and he could not help but to smile and nod when he showed concern in his safe return home. "I too have my means of survival, my friend. I certainly will make it home safely. How else will we have another one of these pleasant exchanges if I don't?" He grinned, turning away now in the direction of his house.

..........

A little smirk was shown once again as he heard the name. How - thoughtful. He nods at the other male one last time before he made his way out of the city. It was time to go home.
