My Dewgong gijinka...ok so I cant really decide on the gender...when I started to think about it, it was because of a contest and I couldnt figure it out...because dewgong is one of those characters that can be either or so its like GAH!!

Yeah so he's genderless!! ^_^ My first genderless character. YAY!!! But i may refer to him as 'he' or 'him'...obviously.
