Yes indeed. Here's the scene of him in the dungeon at 1:40: [link] I'm actually doing a commission on this scene which updates the look of the characters and adds two goats to tickle Skalrag's feet.
Though, the artist has been having some trouble in his business life so maybe if him and me decide to cancel it, you and I can probably work on my Skalrag tickle idea.
