Exactly three years ago today, I lost my angel. She was far too young to go... it wasn't her time.

I haven't felt like drawing or using photoshop for over a week now but out of love, I pushed myself to do this.

I was little and she was the runt of the first litter ever born at my house. There were four kittens. I wanted a striped one and I named him Stripes. When he was eight weeks old, we gave him and his sister away. I was sad and our tortishell was named Pumpkin but because I was so sad, my parents let me re-name her. Angel.

What caused her death is still unknown and it forever will be. We believe she had gotten into some anti-freeze that spilled in the garage. She couldn't even walk.

She was rushed to an emergency vet because it was late at night. There was nothing they could do. She was dying and she was dying painfully. The best thing we could do was end her pain.

I love you Angel. You were the sweetest cat ever.

Ugh, the line art is horrible. I think it's because I made it so light with dark on the inside. And it's not that I can't draw cats-- she was extremely fat. :]
