Let's see. He only appears once in any FNaF-related medium thus far, and he's nothing close to any other guys we've seen. I actually have a feeling that the Crying Child becomes the Twisted Wolf after the whole fiasco in FNaF 4.

If William was the one who promised to put Crying Child -- who is one of his kids -- back together after the Bite of '83, he might've at least had the decency to remake him as a robot that wasn't the kinds that he was so scared of. That means no foxes, no rabbits, no birds, and especially no bears. However, another part of the canine family would be fair game, considering William might also want his younger son to get back at the kid's older brother for all he's done. So after the wolf is online, he puts on those hallucination discs to make him look so terrifying. But since Crying Child probably doesn't want that, he leaves the town.
