joining a fraternity in a Fantasy World can be just as challenging as joining a frat in real life....Although within the Fantasy Genre new problems can always pop up :3

Yes, a fantasy fraternity. All the guys would keep getting turned into sexy girls by the other guys, and then back again by the guys-turned-girls, and on and on. Sounds like a fun place!

That is, unless part of said spells were used to make the effected like their new form and their new 'preference', eh?

Add to that, the majority of them likely don't even know how to change back. Since, by the sounds of things, they mostly desired power in that fraternity, such as destructive spells. Transforming spells are more along the lines of the 'recreating' variety, so there'd likely be very few that could stand up to Veldrin there without consequences, eh?
