Description
Fantasy Problem, a series I started way back when with the 'what if' idea. Changing small elements in constant high fantasy here and there towards not always the most humorous of effects but fun none the less
Such as the rescue the princess story lines. Generally a dashing knight on a fiery steed to save her from the evil dragon.
A bit more to this story to come.

I'm reading "Dark Side of the Sun" by terry Pratchett right now. There's a robotic line in it that reminds me of this. "I calculate a probable chain of events with a violent outcome. I express a preference for a chain of events that precludes violence!"

If you can find it. It was his 2nd book after "The Carpet People" and I don't think it's been printed in the US, and its been out of print in the UK for years.
