Description Hitler's elite bodyguard unit. Although this unit would evolve into a panzer division, it was always close to the Fuhrer. The 1st SS Division would go on to be one the most famous of the Schutzstaffel.

It's not a gun drawing, but I felt like doing something with the image nonetheless. Hope you like it.

You are welcome to use this as a wallpaper. However, when someone asks who made it, please do the right thing and give credit where credit is due (you can find it on the lower right corner, thank-you-very-much).

Oh, and one more thing.....I DO NOT CONDONE THE POLICIES OF THE THIRD REICH. IF YOU ARE GOING TO REMAIN IGNORANT AND SLAM ME AS A "NEO-NAZI" OR "NAZI SYMPATHIZER", THEN GO SCREW YOURSELF.

We know you don't condone. Nobody sane would condone the policies of the Third Reich. We should all feel disturbed that some people still find them appealing to day - the only good Nazi is a dead Nazi.

It's nicely rendered, rather reflects the facelessness of their character.

also, it was only a handful of camp guards who were sadistic, the kapos were the main punishers... nice manipulation btw, threshold effect

Thats real cool.
I think alot of people see them as the guys who ran the concentration camps and nothing else, meanwhile they were just elite troops.

Exactly. Not all the German soldiers then were murderers or war-criminals; an unknown number of them were soldiers fighting for their country. When they learned of the atrocities, it stunted their patriotism, and they probably foresaw that they would have their images tainted on a global scale.

The Nazis were still snappy dressers, though.
