This was a little experiment I did with Adobe Photoshop Elements 3.0 on a comp in my college's library.

I hate to admit it but I'm a rookie when it comes to working with Adobe. I've become so used to using Appleworks years ago that I feel like I've never even done graphic editing after using Adobe. Unfortunately that's what I get for living in a bad financial situation, but that all is another story.

I figured using one of the pictures of the demon from The Exorcist would be my perfect choice. My feelings are that manipulating all kinds of pictures can cause it to have a type of psychological horror element. I'm not into horror flicks or all that stuff, but I have to admit that horror IS fascinating. Just as human-beings are fascinated by violence, I am fascinated by horror.

This picture kind of gives a representation that the demon has invaded your television just to scare you shitless. Working with that face for me can be a challenge; it always feels like the face is going to pop out and strike me anytime. Further proof that The Exorcist is one hell of a horror movie.
