Frisk basically does the equivalent of saying "Hey Papyrus, can you come out and play!?" directly after busting out of the makeshift shed-prison. XD Sans is not amused with the human's bullcrap, but Papyrus actually kind of is. And a door left open could spell D-O-O-M- DOOM! >83cAlso, I gotta wonder, if Underfell is going so reverse from Undertale, does that mean Papyrus and Flowey could somehow get along better in this AU? I kinda like to think so for silliness sake. XD

Even considering Papyrus still being kind of a dork, it's hard to get past the actual menacing traits about him. He can be a dork and dangerous...not unlike Deadpool or Laharl. (Mean Sans'd still take opportunities to joke with/about him, cause...c'mon, bros gonna do that. Every opportunity they get along, he'll take it. But he still knows when there's a line drawn.)

Yeah, just like this - the guy`s justified in being nervous either being with Frisk or being without Frisk, even though if he`s with Frisk, he kind of looks like a really angry babysitter almost, making the situation that much more difficult for himself ... even if it seems like Frisk`s slowly easing the tension between the 2 and all. 
Damn, now I can just kind of imagine hm having pink boo-boos in his room and all.

Well with Frisk, he at least seems like he's doing something other than what Pap would call 'slacking off'. (From Papyrus' point of view at the moment, it seems more like his brother was tricked into having to follow and serve this human, so he's more focused on trying to defeat you than critisizing Sans...time for that comes after. Mean the little guy didn't exactly inform his bro of his plan to follow, observe and essentially troll the human to no end.)
the meal thing brings up a pretty interesting point though...maybe he sneaks stuff into it that's supposed to somehow make him stronger but just ends up tasting bad. Or maybe he sneaks hot sauce in from time to time as a counter-prank. Pap be an unpredictable dude when he wishes....Or maybe Sans avoids it altogether for the same reason he drinks mustard instead of ketchup, who knows?
Pff! I dunno, I can't imagine him using a pink anything to be honest....though he'd probably get the kind that have cartoons printed all over. XD Like Doctor Doom or something.

You got that right and hey, if you ask me about this, it`s quite better that way because then we just have so many ways to enable both brothers to mess with each other like this. Throw in the dog (I see what you did there Β >:3) as well and you got a total soap opera potential right there.
Given what kind of spaghetti I had eaten during my lifetime, I can totally expect Papyrus to sneak hot sauce on it from time to time and since hot sauce is (usually) red, it kind of justifies Sans`s hatred of red color, even if he wears it like all the time.

I actually saw some really shocking commercials via Top 10 Most Shocking Commercials and thus I totally believe you how much it could terrify you. Hell, I myself was terrified by drunk driving awareness commercials as well, especially one particularly creepy one that ends in ... well ... a skeletal hand holding car keys while beneath it was an empty glass that used to be filled with liquor. And we get to see them when we were kids as well. Yikes. Oh, I totally imagine this because we had engaged in those in my elementary AND MY HIGH SCHOOL each April the 1st. LMAO you wouldn`t believe what did we do to both ourselves and the teachers, like swapping chairs, secretly replacing desktops with memes of that kind and (on one occasion) getting every single apple we got from our school`s mess hall onto the teacher`s desk, so that once the teacher came ... yeah, there was a row of apples waiting on their desk like prisoners or something.
