Conrad McGrae is a 25-year-old hawk-cockatoo hybrid, given cybernetic enhancements after being mutilated and killed by Infinite during the Eggman War of Sonic Forces. He stands 4'4" and weighs 135kg (300lbs) in his current state - volume and mass varies depending on his armaments, which he can digistruct at will. These augments were fabricated by Rokiru the Roadrunner as a means to not only make him stronger, but as a means to save his life, after saving hers at the expense of his own. When angered, the blue lights along most of his body and in his eyes will turn orange, and the multipurpose heatsink on his back will spool up before venting either superheated coolant or exhaust flames.

The Arclye Dynamo is what powers his augments, as well as serves as a pacemaker for his artificial heart; while it generates unlimited power, it holds only a finite amount as one of a few failsafe measures (another being overheating), and to prevent over-usage of the Bionic Fission Gun Mk. 9 - just one of his many, MANY weapons he can summon at will (the most he can have is 18 in Full Arsenal mode).

While augmented to be a living superweapon should Sonic be eliminated, Grae sees a major flaw in the world around him; the Chaos Emeralds are the main goal of conquest, and to remove them would be to hopefully end this constant struggle between Sonic and Eggman without bloodshed...but his mechanical half is hard to control, especially when threatened; anyone who threatens him and/or those near him are often times crippled or even atomized.
