Don't Break the Chain: Day 16

Goes through the trouble of scanning this in and nearly falls asleep without uploading it...
I made it though.
Honestly, as long as I upload during my waking hours, between the time I've woken up that morning and gone to sleep that night, I count it as the day. Primarily because the "actual" upload time displayed on DA can be a little wonky.
I mentioned a couple days ago that I had sketched my own Sonic character, aside from the one that I bought, Cardia.
Harvey is named after a character in the story KIELI, who has a similar personality, initially, and color.
Similar to Cardia, Harvey doesn't exactly have a story yet, but he does have companions and a personality.

I'm gonna go ahead and shout out to RikuFanGirl555 ! When I was first trying to design myself a new Sonic character, something I hadn't done since 7th grade, I needed something to go off of, and I ended up choosing this character that I got from you! Mouse by RikuFanGirl555 I'm absolutely using the color scheme, and I think I'll even keep the black sclera as some kind of "mode." I really like how he turned out, and I'm very glad that I got him. Thank you!

He's the solitary type, desiring nothing more than a quiet life, away from the racket of the city he abides.
I imagine that he ends up reluctantly setting out on his own Adventure, but I haven't yet thought of any details.
I'd love some help in coming up with a story! I'm still in the concept stage, with only the characters decided. The plot is still wide open for me!

Oh yeah, lemme go down the Sonic Fan Character List of Items:
-Fingerless gloves, check
-Vest, check
-Headphones, check
-Greater than usual amount of clothing on a male character, check
Absences:
-No boots
-No anime hair
-Not a hedgehog or a fox
-No Superpowers (yet)
-No canon character interaction

That wasn't a "good or bad" thing, just some observations. XD

EDIT 10/5/16: I'm back with the colored version! He's still a bit of a work in progress, but I'm not disappointed with how he turned out. As stated above, I've decided to stick to the color scheme of the character that he's based on, a little mouse character that I traded for.

I've also come up with a story for him, along with Ribbon and most of the characters that I've acquired recently! They all have their own stories, but I've decided to have it end in one large overarching crossover! It may take quite a bit of time to get through, but it'll be great! So look forward to that!
