...I can explain?
Well, it's something I've mentioned before, that I have a gallery of Nicos, or perhaps...a Council?
Oh goodness, can you even imagine? If for every Nico, there was an alternate Council of Voices?
You're going to make me draw it, aren't you? ...I do have some ideas for how that would play out.

Some of these you all have seen, some of them you have not. Thus, I will simply introduce them all again!
They all have personalities and backgrounds for some reason as well different opinions on one another, so bear with me as I tell all.

Captain Bizzle (top left): Captain of the SSLP! This is the version of Nico that appears anytime I decide to display the SSLP as an actually ship. He's the confident, reliable leader, the epitome of what a captain should be, admired by all, yet oh so humble.
He, along with Nico, try to keep the others from killing each other, playing the calm voice of reason when madness inevitably ensues the moment more than one of them are in a room together. With his exaggerated traits of kindness, humility, and reliability, even Nico sees him as "a bit much" since nothing seems to phase him, but is always happy to have him around when the group gets together.

NicoGin (top right): A classy, magical Nico! A Nico that came from a wild idea I had earlier on in my Picky Penguin career that's likely better explained here than I could ever do now: comments.deviantart.com/1/6285… Long story short, he's Tuxedo Mask a magical teacher that defends his students from the forces of despair. Since I've never actually drawn him before, I took inspiration from the design I made for Nico's Phantom Thief Challenge.
If you read the comment in the above link, you'll see that NicoGin and Bizzle-sensei used to be the same character, and split when I decided to pursue the teacher route without the magic. Both are ideas that I had for a story that I didn't get the chance to pursue, so they're a bit underdeveloped.

NekoB (middle above): Adorable shota, cat-eared Nico. This version of Nico was designed to be as adorable as possible, and as such, is a little boy rather than a grown man. He's a sweetheart and likes to be fawned over, especially by girls. He also has a bit of a mischievous streak, and enjoys stealing attention away from the other Nicos.
Despair is mean to him, Blind scares him, and Bishie freaks him out. He's quick to hide behind Captain and Nico. He also enjoys poking fun at Nico, whom forgives him easily because, "He's a kid," but doesn't let him get away with everything.

Despair!Nico (right): A teen Nico that tries to be sinister, but when next to the others can just appear as a brat. A version of Nico that fell into despair and is an edgy teenager for some reason. He has a sad backstory, but doesn't talk about it, preferring to be seen as a some sort of malevolent villain than a figure of sympathy. Hell, he'd rather be called out as a poser than receive pity. His left eye glows red for some reason, and he may or may not have superpowers of some kind.
He doesn't really get along with any of the others, but holds particular disdain for Neko, Bishie, and Blind. He sees Neko as a twerp, Bishie as a lecher, and doesn't like Blind because Blind is actually probably an assassin most likely rather than an edgelord like himself. The only ones he likes or tolerates are NicoB, whom everyone likes anyway, and Captain, for some reason. He's totally tsundere when it comes to Captain though. It's not like he admires him or anything!

NicoBlind (left): Is blind. Possibly an assassin, but is outwardly amicable. A version of Nico that was created solely from the AAI2 joke that Bernie was Anubis and Nico was Dogen. Blind might probably be an assassin most likely possibly, but hey, for all you know, he's about to use that knife slice some turkey for a sandwich. You don't know! He is suspiciously skilled with a blade, but no one has seen him actually kill anyone...
Blind is kindly, but in a way that tends to creep people out, including the other Nicos. He gets along best with Captain because nothing phases him.

NicoBishie (bottom left): Sexy, megane husbando Nico. A version of Nico that exists solely for joke and fanservice purposes. He can make anything look good, that's the fanservice and that's the joke. At some point he changed from "totally objectified excuse to draw a bishounen Nico" to...something I'm having trouble putting into words. What I'm saying is, he went from just being a pretty face to being a flirtatious reprobate. He'll hit on anyone and anything. I don't know exactly when that became his personality, but it is. It can be funny or it can be excruciatingly strange.
Like when Bishie flirts with Nico, it starts to get weird. Nico wishes he would not, Bishie doesn't seem to care what Nico thinks. And that's essentially Bishie's interactions with the others, excluding Blind. Blind is the only one he doesn't seem to like.

I can only guess how he would react to the others if they were all in a room together, so I will. He'd probably get along fine with Captain, only find Neko to be mildly annoying at worst and fun at best, think Gin is pretty cool, be slightly concerned about Blind's possible assassin status, believe that Despair needs to chill out and would make a Jagan Eye reference followed by asking if he can shoot lasers, wish that Bishie would stop hitting on him because that's way too weird, and then enjoy a bit of peace and quiet with Sensei.

Bizzle-sensei (bottom right): My attempt to portray Nico respectably, as the grown man that he is. This version of Nico stems from an idea that I had for a fanfiction series, starring Nico as a young teacher with the Picky Penguins as his students. As mentioned above with NicoGin, he's an underdeveloped character, due to being part of a fanfiction idea I didn't get to pursue.
Sensei doesn't interact with the others very often; he's too busy teaching valuable life lessons to his students.
