My take would have him be the usual dumb but savage henchman to Skeletor, commanding the beasts with his animal mind control and whipping that whip. He's often out hunting in his free time, either to find animals to force into servitude, to throw into pit fights in the Dark Hemisphere, or straight up kill them to prove his might. He would even take his victims' teeth or claws as trophies, wearing a few that he dubbed 'lucky'.

One of his favorites is a claw that he took from a particularly fierce green tiger defending her cub.
