First pic I have of them together and it's about back when they were in high school.

It's a simple tale, really. The elder brother is the science nerd of the senior class, and the younger is the class clown of the freshman class. The younger tends to cause a ruckus with some very creative pranks, sometimes even targeting those stuck-up seniors, while the elder would pretend he doesn't know him in order to avoid the heat that his classmates would give him (in addition to the heat they already give him) if they knew their relation. The elder is known as the teacher's pet with a bright future, while the younger is a frustrating nuisance that, while not lacking in intelligence, doesn't seem to be using it constructively and probably wouldn't amount to much.

One was just going to ignore senior prom entirely to work on a project and prepare for graduation, the other was planning to sneak in and prank those seniors at their precious prom.

And then, one night, the trajectories of both boys were suddenly skewed completely different directions.
