Yeah, I seriously drew this ridiculous thing. It's not what the person meant, but I thought it'd be fun to mess with them.
So, I don't know if it's Bill Cipher dressed up as Fluttershy or Flutters having been turned into a triangle, but it don't matter. This is completely ridiculous, and you're a fool if you don't think it is.
