Been working on this for past couple of days in the livestream.I lost the photoshop files due to some crashes towards the end so I had to take a screenshot from the stream and somehow salvage it :/

I love scenes like this, dark wet areas with reflections and bright lights with bloom andΒ lensΒ flares around them. And even though its a screen shot from the steam it actually looks good, if you didn't say anything about it I probably wouldn't have noticed. Nice work Ayan!

Aye, NY in USA, I've spent time in various cities like Troy, Albany, & Syracuse. this in particular caught a strong troy vibe in me, the old 'little italy' area at night when all the bars are open and you've just had a massive rainfall, you can turn and look out across the Hudson at points and see Albany off in the distance or in another direction the old capitol buildings surrounded by new growth. It only gets vibes like this at night though as most everything is made of old brick or in some cases marble and other sorts of stone, when the neon left over from the city's past glows like crazy.... it really brought me back, its been a couple years since I've lived there and I miss it occasionally. so thanks for the wonderful nostalgia! (sorry for taking so long to respond, life got crazy)

Crazy palette indeed, but madness with method. That is quite an interestingly constructed scene.
Find it especially interesting how the moon is so crisply visible even with the massive light pollution. Guessing this is very far from home, or that this is not quite the Earth as we know it.
