I used Pencil to animate, and then outlined and colored it in Paint Tool SAI.

Well, mostly the waving tentacles, their motion is a bit stiff and I would have liked to it to be a bit more wiggly. There's also a couple of inconsistencies, like the thickness and length of PK's legs (outside of squash and stretching).

And prooobably not, I'm pretty much done with this animation, I'd rather work on something new. Fixing would be a huge pain now that I've already linearted and colored, and the tentacles I would have to redo from scratch.

Yeah, I have a program that can take the majority of image files, I don't need to worry about converting them. I'm mostly trying to figure out how to speed them up (even with the delay set at 0 they tend to go slow) and also to minimize loss of quality. Not liking how grainy this turned out.

Well my theory is that, they must of messed with her while PK was eating her Cake. Things got out of hand and now there's Cake Everywhere,
Or perhaps they took PK's Cake without her noticing it, realizes who done it and is now proceeding to do nasty things.
