experience. And I know I carry on like I'm all high spirits and sans-souci. But that is my Art-Self speaking! The truth is,
my Meat-Self - the one who occupies actual physical space - is a very different animal ... one who is timid, anxious and reclusive.
At present there's a wall between these two worlds that I don't feel ready to breach. But give me time ...

I love these colors, so bright and sunny! When I look at the top part with the spirals I feel some turmoil but as I allow my eyes to go to the circles I feel myself calming, but the eyes keep getting drug back up to the top.
