i went to the ENT doctor to see how my CPAP machine was doing. he was really happy for me. they found that i slept about 2 times as long and that all my sleep is much better quality than before. i told him it changed my life and he was really happy. yay!

I am doing ok, had to go see my primary care provider today for a refill on meds.Β And of course she told me all the crap I am due, those female exams,Β I hate having my boobs smooched....

I have have that exam also, I wish I would have just had it all removed.Β I went through menopause about three years ago, and I think that's why I was put on the meds, but it wasnt until later I realized the two things happened at once.Β I do not want to go off meds, though I have been before and really felt no difference.
My sister in law had her baby last night, their fourth, and hopefully last.Β My parents had to pack and jump in the car to go and help with the three at home.Β They got there at 6pm tonight.Β She was scheduled to have a c-section on 17 Dec.Β My parents are way too old for this.Β I told her to call me if she needs to talk to someone.
