Hero name: Stun-bee
Quirk: Taser
He can stun people by touching them! His shocks can range from a small static shock to a taser-like shock which can stun/paralyze someone. He has to be careful to not stun himself, as he is not immune from his own quirk.
((Similar to Denki, except he can only shock people to touch, rather that discharging electricity around himself. He goes by his "Bee" persona because he likes to think he is stinging his opponents with his shocks))
When he shocks himself ((By like idk touching his side when his quirk is activated)) he just falls and lays on the ground paralyzed for like 10 minutes.
